Terms of service
1. Service
Woohoo! provides workout planning and tracking features, including optional cloud sync and optional community features (profiles, following, activity feed, shared workouts, photos, leaderboards, and related social functionality).
2. Accounts
You may sign in with Sign in with Apple and/or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method and for activity under your account.
3. Your content and licence
You retain rights to your content. To run the service, you grant Woohoo! a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the app, including syncing your data and showing content you choose to share to other users according to your privacy and visibility settings.
You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload (including photos).
4. User-generated content and community
Community features are optional. By joining the community in the app, you agree to follow the Community guidelines and these Terms.
We may moderate content, remove material, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate the guidelines or these Terms. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so.
Content from other users is provided by those users. We do not endorse user content and are not responsible for its accuracy or legality.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' private data without authorisation, scrape or overload our systems, or disrupt how the app works. Do not post illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, especially during the MVP phase.
7. Liability
Woohoo! is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. We are not liable for disputes between users or for user-generated content beyond what the law requires.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. You may request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
